All employees are trained to have the knowledge to travel out-of-state to provide
as-built services.  As-built services include complete field investigations for the
following types of structures:

Malls, Strip Malls & Shopping Centers Provide complete field surveys such as dimensioned floor plans, columns, column grids, and elevations, as well as all mechanical and electrical information, photos, videos, and all other data pertinent to tenant L.O.D.'s.

Commercial, Industrial, Government Facilities and Military Complexes Update and manage multi-discipline CAD files such as Architectural, Structural, Facilities and HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical. Survey and verify existing conditions and existing plans, then create CAD files using verified data.

Office Buildings and Warehouses Provide complete as-built CAD files from field investigations to create plans which illustrate columns, office areas, dock levelers, etc. Services that are utilized in the facilities can also be illustrated in the CAD files.

Hotels and Motels Perform as-built surveys and create dimensioned CAD files for suites, rooms, meeting rooms, ballrooms, etc. Layouts provided for classrooms, rounds, and similar settings.

Coordination Drawings Provide complete dimensioned drawings for HVAC and plumbing companies.
